This is like one of those things that don't matter and nobody cares what's it called (like the tip at the end of your shoe lace), but it actually has a name .
Do you just go by knife sharpening stone ? Or you guys don't sharpen your knives? Cause I'm obsessed with knife sharpening. Hahah.
